The daily tradition

In the tradition of the Apulian families, the tomato sauce is made in house … there are those who do it with Sam Marzano tomatoes, those with Fiaschetto tomatoes, those with Regina tomatoes… but the best sauce is made with three or more varieties of traditional tomato.

Our farm has researched the seeds of traditional tomatoes and chose those of the most recent varieties and each year increases in its land from 5 to 8 varieties of tomatoes: they all contribute to give shape and strength of flavor to our Traditional passed for an  exquisite dining experience every year again
