Farmhouse

In the heart of the Murgia, nestled in a protected area, lies Masseria Dirupo.
The history of the Masseria has ancient origins, when Don Giulio De Tintis, a nobleman from Noci, gave the Masseria, until then used as a summer residence, as a dowry to his two daughters. Subsequent changes of ownership divided the original land, and now the portion used for farming and agritourism covers approximately 19 hectares.

The charming courtyard of trulli, dating back to the late 19th century, has been expertly restored and transformed into a welcoming agritourism facility, meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail. The renovations emphasized the recovery and reuse of local and natural materials, such as stone, lime plaster, wood, and eco-friendly finishes.

Particular attention has been paid to sustainability: the low-impact nighttime lighting is designed to respect wildlife and limit the attraction of insects, rainwater is collected and reused for bathrooms, and heating and cooling are provided by highly efficient units powered and integrated with renewable energy.

The rooms, cleaned daily, offer modern comforts such as air conditioning and include solutions designed for guests with limited mobility, ensuring a pleasant and accessible stay for all.

Breakfast is served in the old stable, a charming setting where the authentic flavors of local products meet meticulous attention to every detail. The scent of artisanal cakes, baked daily with passion, accompanies a pleasant and relaxing awakening. A moment to be enjoyed calmly, immersed in the morning light and a panorama of rare beauty.

Masseria Dirupo is much more than a simple destination: it is an experience that regenerates and inspires. A place suspended in time, where you can rediscover the pleasure of tranquility, beauty, and the little things. In this authentic corner, silence becomes a precious value and nature reveals itself as the absolute protagonist, offering moments of pure harmony.
